High-speed 5-axis CNC milling machines deliver sub-micron accuracy on zirconia, PMMA, wax, and titanium blanks — ensuring perfect marginal fits on every restoration.
DMLS Metal Printing
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) enables us to fabricate Co-Cr and titanium frameworks with complex geometries impossible to achieve with conventional casting — lighter, stronger, and biocompatible.
CAD/CAM Software
Our technicians use industry-leading dental CAD platforms to design every case digitally before machining — reducing error, accelerating turnaround, and allowing virtual try-in before fabrication.
Intraoral Scan Support
We accept digital impressions from all major intraoral scanners (iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Cerec, Carestream) — eliminating impression errors and enabling fully paperless case workflow.
Shade Matching Technology
Spectrophotometric shade analysis and multi-layer staining ensure that each restoration blends seamlessly with the natural dentition — even in the most demanding aesthetic cases.
ISO Quality Control
